Returns
Decorated and custom items can not be returned. If something is incorrect or damaged we will replace it as quickly as we can.
To request a replacement:
Please e-mail sales@allprotees.com with your contact information and a picture of the damaged or incorrect items, and we will provide you with a shipping label. Once the items are returned we will check the stock within 1-5 business. Once we have the items back in stock we will initiate the return and you will receive it as fast as our payment processors allow.
